Load Driver Error #78765 — Invalid Driver Data

The driver file was downloaded, but its contents are invalid (null pointer, zero size, or file smaller than expected).

Steps to Resolve

1. Disable your antivirus and add the loader folder to its exclusions list — antivirus software may be partially stripping the downloaded file.
2. Enable a VPN and retry — your provider may be intercepting or modifying the download.
3. Restart the loader and try again.

Open a Support Ticket

If none of the steps above resolve the issue, open a support ticket and include a screenshot of the error and the log files from C:\ProgramData\Intel\Logs.
