Restore Point

Creating a restore point allows you to roll back your Windows installation to its current state if anything goes wrong. If you choose not to create one, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage that may be caused to your Windows by our software.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Press Win + R, type sysdm.cpl, and press Enter.
  2. Go to the System Protection tab.
  3. Select your C: drive from the list and click Configure.
  4. Select Turn on system protection, set the disk space usage to at least 5%, and click OK.
  5. Back on the System Protection tab, click Create.
  6. Enter a name for the restore point (e.g. Before Venom) and click Create.
  7. Wait for Windows to finish — you will see a confirmation message when it is done.

How to Restore

If you need to roll back your system:

  1. Press Win + R, type sysdm.cpl, and press Enter.
  2. Go to the System Protection tab and click System Restore.
  3. Click Next, select the restore point you created, and click Next again.
  4. Confirm and click Finish. Your PC will restart and revert to the saved state.
